Terms of Service

1. Services

Intelli Solutions provides professional accounting, audit, tax, advisory, and company formation services in Saudi Arabia. Specific services are governed by individual engagement letters agreed with each client.

2. Professional Standards

All services are provided in accordance with applicable professional standards — including ISAs (audit), IFRS (accounting), ZATCA regulations (tax), and SOCPA professional guidelines. Our advice is specific to Saudi Arabian law and regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for: providing accurate and complete information; maintaining records as required by Saudi law; making timely decisions on matters requiring client approval; and settling fees in accordance with agreed payment terms.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with SOCPA professional standards and Saudi law. Client information is not disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law or regulation (including ZATCA, SAMA, CMA, or court orders).

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed in advance in the engagement letter. Fixed monthly retainer fees are invoiced at the start of each month. Additional services are invoiced on completion or as agreed. Payment terms are 15 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
